ABOUT THE OJHL FOUNDATION

The OJHL Foundation Board of Directors is made up of 6 members including a Chair, 4 Directors and an Executive Director.

The OJHL Foundation Board of Directors will ensure the strategic plans and deployment plans will drive the constant improvement and execution stated objectives.

Chair

The Chair of the OJHL Foundation will be approved by the OJHL Board of the Directors. They will be responsible for leading the OJHL Foundation Board of Director meetings and facilitating the overall goals, direction and decisions of the Foundation.

Directors

Any person on the OJHL Foundation Board must be approved by the OJHL Foundation Board. Directors are asked to serve until such time they are unable to serve. Directors are volunteer members of the OJHL Foundation Board. They will serve to make the decisions of the Foundation Board and facilitate the overall goals and direction of the Foundation.

Executive Director

The Executive Director will carry out the administrative duties and day to day operation of the OJHL Foundation at the direction of the OJHL Foundation Board of Directors including; banking, setting up meetings, recording minutes and any administrative duties as directed by the OJHL Foundation Board of Directors.

Director - Bill Feaver, Son Tyler alumni and current NCAA player

Director - David Hladin, son Steve alumni and current NCAA player

Director - Richard Pilosof, owner Pickering Panthers, son current OJHL player

Executive Director - Rick Morocco OLY, OJHL alumni Aurora Tigers

The OJHL Foundation is a Not-For-Profit corporation based in Mississauga, Ontario Canada.

The proceeds raised are invested directly into the core mandates of the organization.

The OJHL Foundation is designed to provide support to financially disadvantaged junior hockey players, create and provide education bursaries and scholarships, raise health and concussion awareness and develop and implement programs on substance abuse, depression and bullying for all the players of the OJHL.
